Price Range: Current units range from $169,000 - $339,000 in price.

Tour Availability:  We are open and available for tours 7 days a week by appointment.  General office hours are 11:00-6:00 Monday through Friday, and 12:00-3:00 on Sundays.  Feel free to call or email Aaron@thehighrocks.com anytime with questions or for scheduling.

Reserving a Unit: Seller accepts a non-binding reservation, fully refundable, reserves your unit for 3 weeks to review documents, financing, and make the decision to join the High Rocks Community!

Have a House to Sell?: The High Rocks is very flexible for those who have houses to sell.  We offer a 3 month Subject to Sale (protects you) and holds the space.  There is one option to renew this, so we are willing to hold your unit for a full 6 months!

Timing:  The High Rocks has units which are completed and ready to move in next week!  In the event that you are specifically looking for a High Rocks custom build out, there is a  6-10 weeks build out period depending on the complexity and level of build out.  For a complete total from scratch build out, timing runs around 5 months

Pet Policy: Pets allowed, with an aggressiveness policy.  Breed restrictions may apply
