Price Range: Current units range from $169,000 - $339,000 in price.

Tour Availability:  We are available for tours during normal offices hours and by appointment.  General sales office hours are 11:00-6:00 Monday through Friday and during Open House on Sundays from 12:00-3:00 pm.  For all other inquiries, questions, or private showings, please feel free to call our sales office or by sending an email to Donna Caplan at donnacaplan@aol.com.

Reserving a Unit:      The Seller accepts a non-binding reservation agreement, which is fully refundable, and will reserve your unit for up to 3 weeks so that you can review documents, consider financing, and make the decision to join the High Rocks Community!

Have a House to Sell?  The High Rocks is very flexible for those who have houses to sell.  We offer a 3 month Subject to Sale (protects you) and holds the space.  There is one option to renew this, so we are willing to hold your unit for a full 6 months!

Timing:  The High Rocks has units that are complete and ready to move in next week!  In the event that you are specifically looking for a High Rocks custom build out, there is a 6-10 weeks build out period depending on the complexity and level of build out.  For a complete total from scratch build out, timing runs approximately 5 months.

Pet Policy: Pets allowed, with an aggressiveness policy.  Breed restrictions may apply.

North Smithfield - great system, new school, busses do pick up here.
